THE PANZERSTEF PG2 SITE :
THE FAIR PLAY RULES
WHAT IS ALLOWED AND WHAT IS FORBIDDEN ?

EN FRANCAIS IN SPANISH IN GERMAN IN ITALIANO

1) Introduction:
YOU MUST ALWAYS USE THESE FAIR-PLAY RULES IN PBEM GAMES.
A Fair Battle is only possible if Both Players are using the SAME RULES.
Any Player who do not use these Rules will be considered as A CHEATER.

2) Different Actions:
UNDO :
USING "UNDO" TO SPOT ENEMY UNITS IS FORBIDDEN
ex 1 : Using "move", "undo", "move" again, and "undo" again ...until you find an enemy unit or to avoid being surprised.
ex 2 : Moving near a city, undo the move if the city is empty and capture it with the same unit.
USING "UNDO" TO CAPTURE THE SAME CITY SEVERAL TIMES IS FORBIDDEN

USING "UNDO" TO CANCEL A MOVE IF YOU CLICKED THE WRONG HEX IS ONLY TOLERATED

USING "UNDO" TO CANCEL MOVES IF COMBAT FORECASTS ARE NO GOOD IS OK
ex 1:  Moving a tank to attack a unit, undoing the move to attack the unit with Arty first and overrun the unit with the tank.

RELOAD / REPLAY / RESTART :
RELOADING / RESTARTING, REPLAYING A TURN IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN
ex 1 : Moving a unit and being surprised (taking lots of damages) and decide to reload the turn.
---> You were surprised..this is your fault..just perform recon before moving units..and watch out for Weather.
ex 2 : Attacking (with Good Combat Forecasts), not being satisfied with results and decide to restart the turn.
----> The result of the Fights is different from the Forecasts..sometimes better...sometimes worse...Let it be.
ex 3 : Moving several units to locate ennemy positions and decide to replay the turn with these infos.
----> If you do this, you are a cheater (even if you think the contrary)..Use recon units to do this...
ex 4 : Decide to reload the turn to change the weather.
----> If you do this, you are a cheater (even if you think the contrary)..You have NO controls on the Weather...
RESTARTING THE FIRST TURN TO GET BETTER LEADERS IS ONLY TOLERATED
---> You need to tell this to your opponent so he can do the same.

VARIOUS BUGS :
The Overrun Bug allow the tanks to regain all mouvements if they fire just after an overrun (without moving)
USING THE OVERRUN BUG IS OK.
USING ANY OTHERS BUG IS FORBIDDEN.

EXCEPTIONS :
In case of COMPUTER PROBLEMS while playing (crashes, system stopped,...), you may restart the turn BUT
* Try to repeat the moves and the attacks exactly as done before the crash.
* Report this fact to your opponent  (and to Tourney Master if playing tourney games)
---> Your opponent need to decide IF HE CONTINUE TO PLAY OR IF HE CANCEL THE GAME (A DRAW)

CHEATERS :
ANY PLAYER CHEATING WILL BE DELETED FROM THE IWC CLUB IF BEING CAUGHT !
In this case his Name and Email Address will also be send to the others club (and written in The Inter-Clubs Black List)
It is more easier to find cheaters with PG2 thanks to the replay.

HEY! How do i turn Hex grid ON?
------   Well click on this picture ------>

Click on the picture to know how turn ON the hex grid

3) The Replay Button:

Use the "Replay" Button (watch the picture below to find it) before playing and watch the Replay Carefully.
Because you can learn a lot of Strategy Tips and because you may notice some Strange things.
If Replay crash, simply don't watch it. (Sorry, there is nothing else to do)

The "Replay" button is supposed to show you the "visible" moves and attacks of your opponent.
BUT try to compare what is shown ON the Replay and what is ON the Battlefield
The differences may result from 2 reasons:
* Bugs...SSI let some bugs in this Great Game...
* Cheaters....they  have Reloaded / Replayed / Restarted their turns.

Known Replay Problems :

  • The position of the units are the same but the results of the fights are a little different in the replay (ONLY A BUG)

  • ---> a unit can be shown as destroyed or retreated (in the Replay) and in fact being only greatly damaged in the battlefield...

Report Me any problem you may notice (PanzerStef) (with your opponent's name, your password and a copy of the turn)
I will check it (and show it to other Expert Players if needed) to know if this problem result from a bug or from a cheater.
